Retain It Group is built on hard work, relationships, and doing things the right way. What started in 1992 as Retain It Landscaping, founded by Robert Hoover, has grown into a group of companies that help commercial properties look better, function better, and last longer. Four years later Robert Hoover welcomed his brother Jeremy Hoover into the business. Between the two of them, they have over 55 years of experience in the Landscaping industry.
Our roots are in Retain It Landscaping, where we focus on commercial plantscapes, hardscapes and landscape services. That’s where it all began, and it’s still a big part of who we are. As our clients’ needs grew, so did we.
That’s why we expanded into two more divisions:
Aquaworx handles all things irrigation – from system installs to smart water management that keeps landscapes healthy and efficient.
Amenities+ supplies and installs the features that make outdoor spaces more usable and inviting, like benches, trash and recycling stations, bike racks, and dog park equipment.
Today, Retain It Group brings all of that together under one roof. We’re a one-stop partner for commercial properties that want quality work, reliable service, and a team they can actually count on.
